We can live here rather than in the constant fluctuations of the human experience, which are inevitable and constantly shifting or we can focus on that part of us that is eternal and one with all that is regardless of what we do or what is done to us.

This is the place of peace, grace, and equanimity. You deserve to honor and know this part of your invincible spirit.
